In consideration of your desire to join the 3Ps live calls, you must acknowledge and assume the sole responsibility of evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any information shared on the calls. 3PS live is comprised of a group of like minded individuals who have a desire to connect, grow and serve one another. All participants are here on a volunteer basis. All of the information shared is done so on an individual volunteer basis and is not to be considered professional advice. You alone must evaluate the accuracy and veracity of any information shared, and you alone assume sole responsibility of any decisions made based off of information shared during these calls. Any decisions you make, and the consequences thereof are your own. No investment, legal or tax advice will be given to you and you should consult your own licensed tax, legal or other advisors for such advice should you desire before you implement your decisions. The conversations are also not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical health conditions. By choosing to log on to the 3Ps call, you acknowledge that you understand and agree with this provision.

Video Recording and Release
As a participant of the 3PS live calls, I hereby acknowledge that I have been informed that these calls are being recorded, that my participation on these calls will be recorded. I hereby consent and authorize these recordings, and grant the facilitators/producers that are recording the calls full right to use, edit, duplicate and re-use the recordings in whole or in part as they may elect. I acknowledge that the facilitators/producers or their designees shall have complete ownership of these recordings in which I appear, including copyright interests. I hereby grant the facilitators/producers the right to use, broadcast, exhibit, market, sell, or otherwise use and distribute the recordings in whole or in part for commercial, non-commercial or any other purpose they may determine.
I confirm that I have the right to enter into this Agreement, that I am not restricted by any commitments to third parties. I understand that my participation on these calls is completely voluntary and I will not be financially compensated in any way for my participation on these calls. I hereby give all clearances, copyright and otherwise, for the use of my name, likeness, image voice, appearance and performance embodied in these recordings. I expressly release and indemnify Alonzo Cahoon, Rebecca Cahoon, 3PS.live, Life’s Choices Coaching LLC and its officers, employees, agents and designees from any and all claims known and unknown arising out of, or in any way connected with, the above granted uses and representations. The rights granted herein are perpetual and worldwide.
